Please note: The hunts listed below are a general guideline and that Pro Hunting Safaris can tailor a hunt upon request.

Hunts booked for the same calendar year as the booking: Day fees due in full when booking is made.

Hunts booked for coming year/s 50% of day fees payable when you book, balance of day fees to reflect in PH Safaris account 21 days before the start of the hunt.

Trophy fees payable in cash at the end of the hunt OR trophy fees payable up-front before the start of the hunt via bank transfer.

For all hunts, hunting on a 2 on 1 basis deduct US $50 / day per Hunter.

Pro Hunting Safaris operates to strict quotas and cannot offer all species to every client, as such please ensure at the time of booking your safari, the specific species you want to hunt are available.

• Trophy preparation and export documentation fee: $500.
• Government Levy on Daily Rates: 2% of cost.
• Government Levy on Trophy Fees: 4% of cost.
• CITES Tags for elephant, leopard and crocodile: $200 each.
• Boat Hire: $150 per day. Boat Fuel: $2.00 per litre.
• Gratuities: At client’s discretion.
• Air Charter (quote on request)

• $ 25 per day
• $ 10 per bullet

1 to 3 trophies  –  $ 650
